Tournament of Minds and Opti Minds
Tournament of Minds and Opti Minds are national interschool problem solving programs designed to challenge minds of students from primary and secondary schools. Both competitions are an opportunity for students with a passion for learning and problem solving as well as team work to demonstrate their skills. The Cathedral School offers students in the Junior School the opportunity to participate in Tournament of Minds and Opti Minds for students in the Middle School.
This year The Cathedral School has been very succesful with two teams from each competition making it through to the state finals and being crowned Runners Up in the Tournament of the Minds Social Science Division.
