Connecting our school community
The Parents and Friends’ Association is a vibrant and active parent group within The Cathedral School that has been a vital part of our community for many years. Whether you are a new or returning parent to the school, the P & F gives you a direct voice of what happens socially within school. You will enjoy interacting with the students, working with other parents, and accomplishing things that truly make a difference to the school community. We believe that everyone has something to offer and contribute to the P & F. There are a number of events held throughout the year that we encourage you to be involved with. Yes they assist in fundraising, but most of all they are alot of fun and are a chance to connect with other parents. The dates for these events are as follows:
3 February – Welcome Back BBQ
10 March – Trivia Night
25 May – Dinner under the Stars
31 August – Carnival Extravaganza
New to 2012 will also be regular Family Events that will be highlighted in the fortnightly newsletter, theTatler, via email and through our Facebook page.
We also hold monthly meetings where we will brainstorm and organise events. We welcome any parents to attend. If you would like to be involved, simply ask us and share your talents and ideas. We can be contacted in the school yard, email or phone. Meetings are held in the Senior School classrooms at 5.30pm on the dates below:
